In reponse to a detailed survey of our customers, we no longer have a postcode charging system.

Wherever you are in the West Country the rate is the same and stays the same, 24 hours of every day of the year AND now everything you see includes VAT.

Travelling Costs

Due to the ever increasing cost of travel we must charge for the time, vehicle and fuel whilst we are on the road to you. We now base our travelling costs on 0.6167p a minute. This will be added to your bill.

It really is as simple as that. The time/distance factor is calculated from the AA current time/distance/average speed formula on their website.

There will be A Minimum charge of 1 hour for ALL calls.

Hourly Rates

A new Hourly rate of £37.00 per hour now includes VAT,  AND  is the same price around the clock, 24 hours of every day – yes even Christmas Day!  No there are no extra’s except the materials of course – and even then we always share our ‘trade’ discounts with you – we cannot be any fairer than that!

In real terms this will mean that our bills will be roughly the same as at present – but it will be much easier for you to forecast and us to calculate your bill.

We cover the entire West Country – wherever your friends and family live they can enjoy the peace of mind that we will come to the rescue – at any hour of the day or night – we rarely close! Don’t be afraid to call – you just never know where we are – we could be just down the road!

And don’t forget we do all your ‘normal’ day to day plumbing and heating jobs, no matter how small, large or difficult – we can be very innovative! AND we do everything to do with oil boilers, tanks and heating systems.
